Junction Site Pastor - Jesse Lerch - contact
In 1999 Jesse served at the Nelson/Balfour Covenant church as a student intern and in 2000 was brought on as associate pastor. Pastor Jesse Lerch now is the primary pastor for the Junction Site. He was born and raised in the Slocan Valley and still loves it. Jesse has received his B.A. in pastoral ministry from Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary and is currently working on his M.A. in Biblical Studies from the same school. He enjoys Jesus, his family, mountain biking, dirt jumping and skiing.
Balfour Site Pastor - Andrew Fortuine - contact
Andrew Fortuine is primary pastor of the Balfour Site. A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary and North Park Seminary, Andrew came to the Kootenays in 2003 following two years of missionary service in Japan. Andrew’s passions for ministry include worship, discipleship, prayer, community outreach, and Bible study. He and his wife, Heather, and their son Elliot and daughter Anna live in beautiful Balfour, and are excited for the many ways God is building His church in this area!
